Egan Earns All-American Honors at NCAA Outdoor Track Championships

BEREA, Ohio – Wellesley College cross country senior Clare Egan (Cape Elizabeth, ME) earned All-America honors in the 1,500-meter event at the NCAA Division III Outdoor Track and Field Championships.
Egan placed sixth in the event in a time of 4:29.33, tying a Wellesley College record and exceding her personal best. She becomes the school's first Outdoor Track All-American.
To get to the finals, Egan posted a time of 4:33.94 in the qualifying heat.
