The music behind our video greeting is excerpted from the Winter concerto from The Four Seasons by Antonio Vivaldi (1725), recorded by Lyrica Boston Chamber Orchestra, featuring Wellesley's Laura Bossert-King on violin. After a lesson at Wellesley with violin student Shanti van Vuuren '17, she spoke with us about the nature of the piece and her approach to teaching it.
