Esdaile also has several campus-wide commitments. Esdaile also organized practice schedules for all varsity teams.

A New Haven, CT native, Esdaile completed a Masters of Science in Management of Sports Industries at the University of New Haven in May of 2008. He previously earned a bachelor's degree in Sociology from Wesleyan University in 2000, where he was a four-year starter and letter-winner on the men’s basketball team.  Esdaile also spent time working with the University Relations Department helping to coordinate family and reunions weekends and is still active at his alma mater, serving as class secretary and on reunion committees.

In his free time, he enjoys basketball, cooking and talking with his good friend Rusty Eggen from WPI.
