Britt joins the Wellesley staff for her first year as assistant professor and director of Recreation, Intramurals and Club Sports. At Wellesley, Britt is charged with rebuilding the recreation program and managing club sports and intramurals.

Prior to working at Wellesley, Britt worked for the National Park Service, most recently at Grand Teton National Park in Wyoming as a park ranger. She has also served as a Park Ranger at Devils Tower National Monument in Wyoming, Katmai National Park and Preserve in Alaska, Aniakchak National Monument and Preserve in Alaska and Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park in Colorado.

Britt received her master's in park and resource management from Slippery Rock University where she also received a B.S. in park and resource management with an emphasis in outdoor leadership.

In her spare time, Britt enjoys a variety of outdoor activities with her husband Kris, and their two dogs, Tank and Zoie, including mountain biking, rock climbing, kayaking, skiing and hula hooping.
